Managing Director of Olive Properties is Richard Lamb; a BSc (Hons) graduate of Estate Management and Land Valuation from Birmingham, England. Richard has extensive experience throughout Europe in the project management of major land acquisition and construction projects; he is married with two young children and has been resident in Paphos since 2000.
A period of consolidation in 2007 saw the advent of a new partner to the business, and a focus towards the provision of a greater diversification of property and construction related services. Construction Director of Olive Properties is Aristos Torvas; a BSc (Hons) graduate of Quantity Surveying from Reading, England. Aristos has comprehensive quantity surveying and civil construction experience. He is married with a young son and is originally from the village of Kathikas in Paphos.
